This is Sandra. Sandra started her connection with Sunshine Terrace as a volunteer and it wasn't until many years later that she became a resident.
Sandra is very proud of her science degree with a minor in art. She specialized in paintings raised from the canvas so blind persons could also enjoy her art. All her paintings are meant to be touched.
Sandra loves the food at Sunshine Terrace. She says, "I have gained weight since I got here."
Sandra also participates in the Sunshine Terrace Singers group, our resident choir.
